Policies

Guarantee/Cancellation

To ensure our best quality, please provide a 72-hour notice when ordering for your event. After placing your order, you may increase the quantities however, no decrease will be allowed. In case of cancellation, the client is responsible for any costs incurred to that point.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to all prices. If you represent a tax exempt organization, please submit a copy of your tax-exempt letter or certificate.

Insurance

If you have a special recipe or dish, we’d love to prepare it for you. However, our insurance will not allow us to serve any perishable foods not prepared by us at your event.
