Our Buffets Include:

  • Your choice of one entrée selection, three sides, dinner rolls with butter, coffee, milk and ice water.  
  • Head Table will be served
  • Water Goblets will be set on the Head Table
  • All other guests will go thru the buffet - with Parent Tables first.

  • Skirting for: Head, Cake, Punch and Gift Tables
  • Cake Cutting and Disposable Cake Plates - pick -up thru buffet line

Disposable Options:

We have two options available for the budget minded Bride and Groom

  1.  Prices can be reduced by $1.00 per guest if all guests go through the buffet line and Disposable Caterware is used (available with any menu) 
  2. Prices can be reduced by $2.00 per guest if all guests go through the buffet line and Disposable Caterware is used with the following menu: Chicken and Cold Ham, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Corn, Coleslaw, Buns with Butter, Coffee and Ice Water 

“Late Nite” Snack Selections Available:

Sandwiches, Bars, Snack Mix, Meat and Cheese Trays…

Henry’s Catering has a large selection of Hors d’oeuvres available before, during, and after your event. 

We have foods available for your Bridal Shower, Grooms Supper and Gift Opening

Policies:

Tax and Service Charges

All prices are subject to MN Sales Tax (6.876%)  and a Service Charge of 15%

Events held inside of the City of St. Cloud are subject to an additional 1.5% Sales Tax.  

Events held at the St. Cloud Civic Center and Monticello Community Center are subject to additional fees. 

Payment:

Payment of all social functions must be made on the day of the event or according to prior arrangements

Leftovers:

Henrys will box leftovers…and you are able to pickup the next day

Finalizing Details:

Details must be finalized 30 days prior to your event.  

Guarantees:

Final meal count is due 5 days prior to your event.  If you do not notify the office you will be charged for the estimated amount of guests.

Henry’s Catering will prepare 5% over the guarantee

Deposits:

Upon requesting a bid from us, we tentatively hold your date for ten days.   If you decide to use Henry’s Catering a deposit of $300.00 is required to hold the date. 

The deposit is not refundable for any reason.

Ice Cream Machine:

Henry’s Location only.

We have a soft serve ice cream machine that can be used when your wedding cake is served.  

$150.00 will generously serve guests up to a count of 250.

Chocolate Fountain:

Gourmet Chocolate and assorted dippers - pricing starts at $2.50 per guest.

Ask for more details.

Fountain Pop:

Fountain Pop for your guests - all day unlimited $200.00

Homemade Dishes:

Since we specialize in homemade dishes, Henry’s Catering will make “your special recipe” for your large event, just ask!
